About The Mom Sketch
The Mom Sketch was created because so many mothers feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and emotionally stretched, yet are told that what they are experiencing is simply part of motherhood.
It is not.
The mental load, the invisible labor, the postpartum shift, and the quiet strain on partnerships often go unnamed. When these experiences are not acknowledged, mothers are left questioning themselves instead.
This space exists to name what is happening, validate what mothers are feeling, and give language to experiences that are often minimized or misunderstood.
You are not broken.
You are not failing.
You are carrying more than anyone sees.
A Note From Me
My name is Nat.
I am a mother navigating the same invisible load, exhaustion, and emotional weight that so many women carry. I created The Mom Sketch because I could not find enough honest language for what motherhood actually felt like, especially in the postpartum period and beyond.
Motherhood is not something you prepare for once. It is something you live through, day by day. I share what I am learning in real time, not from a place of having it all figured out, but from being inside it too.
This space is not about fixing you or telling you how to do motherhood better. It is about helping you feel seen, understood, and less alone

What You Will Find Here
The Mom Sketch is a place for honest conversations about postpartum, mental load, partnership, boundaries, burnout, and the emotional shifts that come with becoming a mother.
It is a space for slowing down, naming the truth, and releasing the pressure to hold everything together quietly.
You do not need to perform here.
You do not need to explain yourself here.
Who This Space Is For
This space exists for mothers who feel deeply.
For those who love fiercely and feel tired anyway.
For those who are healing, becoming, and learning to carry less alone.
You do not need to have it all together to belong here.
You already belong.
